2.- Configuration.

To change this value you must have administrator permissions, set the "Max_dif_min" value in the Administration / Parameters option in the main menu.
The default value set in the installation process is 10 minutes, but if you wish to omit this control you must replace it for a highest value.
If you don't have adminstrator permissions you can't enter to the system when this difference occurs.
P: Why when input the operators in PHD Help Desk it is obligatory to inform the electronic mail?
R: PHD Help Desk informs by this way to the operator their user name and password for entrance.
P: And if the server where is PHD Help Desk does not have possibility of sending electronic mail?
R: When confirming the enter of the operator, PHD Help Desk will inform by screen to the administrator who is making the charge the name of user and its password.
P: What differentiates has between the level of access of Administrator with the level of access of Operator?
R: The Administrator accedes to all the options of PHD Help Desk, the Operator does not have access to the options of administration of sectors, operators, attributes, parameters, areas and users.
P: When entering a ticket the drop-down lists corresponding to the fields Contact, Process, Type and Subtype do not have any value.
R: These are the denominated "attributes of the ticket" that must be entered the option Attributes of the main menu.
An example of initial charge of attributes can be:
Contact: E-mail, Personal, Phone.
State: Pending, Closed, Canceled.
Process: Help Desk, On Site, Technical support, Comunications.
Type: Hardware, Software, Aplication, Instruct.
Sub type of...: As enter different "Type" PHD Help Desk is qualifying in the list Attribute class the respective subtype, for example, if position the Hardware Type soon sees in the list Attribute class the Subtype of Hardware, where we will be able to place printer, mouse, etc.
